Many stores without an ERP manage their inventory in Google Sheets: it is flexible, accessible from any device and allows real-time team collaboration. The problem is that synchronising it with PrestaShop requires manually exporting, modifying and importing CSV files, with the risk of errors and outdated data.

Stock Synchronisation with Google Sheets eliminates that process. Connect your spreadsheet to PrestaShop once and from that moment changes flow in both directions automatically. Your warehouse team updates the stock in Sheets and the store updates itself.

Synchronisation works in both directions. When someone modifies the stock in Google Sheets, the module detects the change and applies it in PrestaShop automatically. When an order is processed in PrestaShop and the stock decreases, the module updates the spreadsheet to reflect the new available inventory.

Every change is recorded in the spreadsheet history with the date, the previous quantity and the new quantity. You have full traceability of every stock movement without needing additional management software.

Set a minimum stock threshold per product or combination. When the inventory falls below that threshold, the module automatically sends an alert email to the purchasing manager or store administrator.

Alerts are managed from the PrestaShop backoffice: define the threshold, the destination email and the notification frequency. No Sheets formulas, no additional scripts, no configuration outside PrestaShop.

The module connects to Google Sheets via the official Google API. From the configuration panel you enter your Google Cloud project credentials, select the spreadsheet and tab you want to synchronise and the module does the rest.
