Smart control panel
Get a quick overview of all low-stock and out-of-stock products. The panel includes:
- Summary cards: Three indicators at the top show products below threshold, out-of-stock products and alerts sent today.
- Detailed table: Lists all low-stock products showing image, name, reference, combination, current stock and category. Out-of-stock products are highlighted in red and low-stock in orange.
- Advanced filters: Filter by category (automatically includes subcategories) or search by name/reference. Export the full list to CSV with a single click for Excel analysis.
Instant email alerts
Receive an email the moment a product drops below the configured threshold. No waiting, no manual checking.
- Automatic: Triggers when stock changes due to orders, manual editing or imports. You don't need to do anything.
- Complete: The email includes product name, reference, combination, current stock, threshold and a direct link to the product in the back office.
- Anti-spam: The system won't repeat alerts for the same product within 24 hours to avoid flooding your inbox.
- Combinations: Also monitors product variants (size, color, etc.) if enabled in the configuration.
Automatic periodic summaries
Set up a cron job and receive a daily or weekly email with the complete list of all products below threshold.
- Professional email: Table with ID, name, reference, stock and category. Out-of-stock products are highlighted in red and low-stock in orange.
- Configurable frequency: Choose between daily or weekly summaries according to your needs.
- Easy to set up: The module generates the cron URL with a security token. Just copy and paste it into your hosting's cron panel.
- Confirmation page: When the cron runs, a visual page is displayed with the result, translated into your store's language.
Customizable thresholds per category
Not all categories need the same alert threshold. Configure specific thresholds according to your business.
- Global threshold: Set a default threshold for the entire store (e.g., 5 units).
- Per-category thresholds: Override the global threshold for specific categories. For example: electronics with threshold 3, clothing with threshold 10.
- Zero stock only: Option to alert only when stock reaches 0, ignoring the threshold.
Email visual customization
Adapt alert emails to your brand identity with intuitive color pickers.
- 6 configurable colors: Background and text color for the header, alert bar and "View product" button.
- Live preview: See the result in real time as you choose colors, without needing to save.
