How do I install a module correctly?
You can install the module from the PrestaShop back-office or via FTP. We always recommend doing so in a staging environment before using it in production.
What is not included in support?
Support does not cover customizations, code modifications or conflicts caused by third-party plugins or incompatible environments.
Which PrestaShop versions are compatible?
Each module clearly states its compatible versions. We develop respecting the core to ensure stability and future compatibility.
Can I use the module on multiple stores?
It depends on the license type. Usage and licensing information is specified on each module's product page.
What technical requirements does the module need?
Modules require a compatible version of PrestaShop and a standard server environment (PHP and MySQL supported by the corresponding version).
What happens if I update PrestaShop?
We always recommend testing updates in a staging environment first. We provide module updates as PrestaShop evolves.
What does technical support include?
Support covers issues related to the module's operation, reproducible errors and questions about its configuration.
